APPOINTMENT POLICIES/Cancellation policy
Dear Client, please take the time to read this updated cancellation and no show policy.
Services booked online require a credit card to guarantee the booking. All appointments must be secured by a valid credit card. As a courtesy to our clients please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, this will allow us enough time to fill the spot with another client. Please keep in mind the late arrival policy is only 10 minutes.
-Bookings with late-cancellations (day off) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service plus a $25 cancellation fee.
-Bookings with NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled service plus a $25 cancellation fee. -
-Bookings with packages or memberships which are prepaid will lose a session.
-Customers will multiple NO SHOWS will be required to pay ahead or the reservation will not be accepted.
Mindlessly missing appointments reflects financially on our practice and doesn't allow for future promotions and sales, so please remember to give yourself and us enough time for cancellations. We understand emergencies arise so please call us ASAP to let us know. A cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. In the event of a credit card being declined or expired a $35 fee will also be assessed and no reservations will be made until the balance is paid. If you are booking with a Groupon Voucher or GC and you NO SHOW - your voucher will be forfeited. Please be courteous to our business and others.
